The Best of 2022



I do love retrospection.


I do love the idea of creating experiences.


And I have loved this past year of speaking, consulting, and coaching so many amazing organizations across the service universe.

Barbara Boden is the person to reach to when it comes to physical spaces and employee amenities. Her point of view on creating strategy and flawless execution is unique and vital to our evolving marketplace.


My passion lies in helping organizations discover the power of people - and the lenses of customer experience, employee experience, and leadership are how I focus my efforts.


I am proud to be the founder of Ignite Your Service as well as as the Chief Experience Officer for 4xi. I am so fortunate to have this partnership and believe that we are truly Better Together.

You often see our logos featured together and that very tagline underneath - and it gives me a sense of pride and belonging whenever I see it.
